Friday, June 20

Bedford Post Inn, Bedford, NY

SHUTTLE SERVICE

Shuttles will run to and from both hotels to the Bedford Post Inn. Please check back soon for more information on shuttle pick-up location, schedule, etc.

VALET PARKING

Guests arriving by car may use valet on-site.

Saturday, June 21

5:30 PM Ceremony | St. Mary’s Church

6:30 PM Reception | River Hills

Greenwich Hotels → St. Mary's Church

Shuttles will run from both hotels to St. Mary's Church.

St. Mary's Church → River Hills

A shuttle will also run from St. Mary's Church following the ceremony to River Hills where the reception will take place. For those that are driving, valet will transfer your vehicle to River Hills. Please see Valet Parking section below for more info.

River Hills → Greenwich Hotels

At the conclusion of the evening's festivities, shuttles will run on a staggered schedule back to both the Hyatt and Delamar.

VALET PARKING

If you are driving to the ceremony, our valet service will greet you upon arrival and park your car.

After the ceremony, a shuttle will transport all guests a short distance down the road to River Hills (the Needham family home), where the reception will take place.

Your car will be transferred by valet to River Hills during the ceremony and will be ready for pickup at the end of the evening.

Ride-shares like Uber and Lyft are readily available in Greenwich but extremely limited in Bedford, due to spotty cell service and low driver availability.

If you plan to take a ride-share or taxi to Bedford, please pre-arrange your return trip in advance.

Coordinate with your driver before drop-off to ensure pickup.
